If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you received the goods. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.

To organise a refund or return, please send an email to enquiries@lashgroaustralia.com.au with your name and order number, the reason you’re returning the product, and if the product was damaged in shipping, a photo of the damaged product.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we recommend that you return the product with tracking and pre-pay all postage. LASHgro Australia will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to track.

Once your package is received back at Lashgro, we will contact you to confirm if your refund or return has been accepted. If the items are accepted for a refund, we will refund the purchase using the same payment method you used for the original purchase and for the same amount.
